Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. You can start a return by emailing us.

Please note the following return policy:

• A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the order along with a return label cost depending on your location.
• Shipping fees from your initial order is non-refundable.
• Please ensure that returned items are unworn and in their original packaging. Kindly handle the return responsibly and fold the clothes to prevent any damage.
• We reserve the right to decline returns of items with any signs of wear including but not limited to stains, holes, the scent of detergent, loose threads, ironing marks, and so forth.

As the pieces are selling quickly, we're unable to facilitate exchanges at this time. To exchange, please initiate a return and create a new order.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type, excluding shipping which is non-refundable. As a small business, we do not cover shipping costs for returns or exchanges. You can return an item using your own trackable shipping method or we can provide you with a return label (US orders only) that will be deducted from the order total.

Once your return package is received, we will process your refund! A confirmation email will be sent to you once the refund has been processed. 


Cancellation Policy

Kindly email us before your order is fulfilled to request cancellation. Once an order is processed, a cancellation fee of 3% of the order total will apply.
