Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. You can initiate a return by emailing us your order number.

If the return is accepted, the following policy applies:

  • A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the order. The cost of the return label will be equivalent to your original shipping fee or around $6-$10 if the original shipping was free. If your order included free shipping and you choose to return an item, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund along with the return label. Exchanges will not incur restocking fees.
  • Items must be unworn, in original condition, and packaging. Please return responsibly and fold to prevent damage.

  • We reserve the right to decline returns that are not in their original condition after it has been tried on. This includes but is not limited to items with stains, holes, noticeable scents (such as detergent or perfume), loose threads, or ironing marks. Any item that does not meet these standards will be returned to the sender's address.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Kindly inform us before returning; unapproved returns will be sent back.

  • Returns are picked up every Friday. Kindly allow 1-7 business days for inspection and processing of your return after it has been delivered.

Refunds will be issued in the same form of original payment type. You can return an item using your own trackable shipping method or we can provide you with a return label (US orders only) that will be deducted from the order total.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer free return labels for exchanges! (US only) Here's the process:

•Items must be unworn and returned in original condition within 7 days.

•Reach out to request an exchange, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

•A $5 fee applies to ship the new item. We’ll send a link to purchase the reshipment label.

 

Dispute Policy

We take fraudulent activity very seriously. If a dispute is filed for items confirmed as delivered or for returns that have been rejected, a third-party service will gather and provide all necessary proof to your bank. This could lead to the dispute being denied and reversed. If you have any concerns or issues with your order, please reach out to us directly so we can assist you.


Cancelation Policy

Kindly email us before your order is fulfilled to request cancellation. Once an order is processed, a cancellation fee of 3% of the order total will apply.
